Fee And Travel Information 2006

Lectures: $400

Half Day Workshops: $400

Full Day Workshops; $650

Please add all travel, meals, mileage (current IRS mileage rate), and lodging expenses. For airline travel, I use Mitchell Int’l Airport in Milwaukee, WI.

Betty will travel up to 100 miles, one way, for a lecture or full day workshop. Any teaching engagement over the 100 miles will require a minimum fee of $1300. If a neighboring guild will contract for additional classes or lectures, the minimum fee will be waved, and transportation expenses can be shared by both guilds.

Requests: Wherever possible Betty would appreciate a no-smoking private room and bath with no pets. Thank you.
